The terms for using Ritmo, a personal tool for organizing habits, goals and progress.

The service
Ritmo lets you create habits, set their frequency, log results and view their history. Current features are free. Any future paid features will be presented with separate terms and prices before a purchase.
Ritmo is an organizational tool: it does not provide diagnoses, treatment or professional advice, and does not guarantee specific personal results.
Account and sign-in
You can sign in with email and password, Google or Apple. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not use other people’s accounts, and report suspicious access to the operator. Google and Apple sign-in also depend on the availability of their services.
Guest mode lets you try Ritmo: data stays in the open page and is lost when you reload or close it. To keep it online, sign in and choose to save it to your account.
Permitted use
Use Ritmo lawfully and without compromising the service. Do not attempt to access other people’s data, bypass safeguards, distribute malicious code or overload the infrastructure. Do not enter unlawful content or third-party information without authorization.
Your content
The habits and entries you create remain yours. You authorize the operator to store and process them as necessary to provide the requested features. Personal data processing is described in theprivacy policy.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated or temporarily interrupted for maintenance, technical problems or external events. Continuous availability and the absence of errors are not guaranteed. Keep a separate copy of information that is essential to you.
If there are substantial changes to these terms or a planned shutdown of the service, the operator will provide reasonable advance notice through the site or available contact channels, where possible.
Closing your account
You can stop using the service at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, write to aloppa26@gmail.com. Deleting a habit in the app also removes its history; archiving preserves it.
The operator may proportionately restrict or suspend access in the event of abuse, violations of these terms or security needs, informing you where possible.
Liability and rights
Liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. These terms do not limit protections provided by applicable law.
Applicable law
Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rights and protections under the law of the consumer’s country of residence. Any disputes remain subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable rules.
